Employer Compact

An inclusive workplace is one where the Human Rights principles of fairness, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy are promoted.

The purpose of the Employer Compact is to offer a quick, comprehensive reference to Eqaulity & Diversity legislation and terminology and ease of access for useful contacts and information points. We have also incorporated specific information relevant to Apprenticeships. We have put together this information based on the most recent legislation at time of print.
